Bugfix patch for ObliviGun, 1.03
- HOPEFULLY FINALLY fixed the settings changing issue, still don't know exactly how this is happening so here's hoping
- Fixed a deathloop softlock in the final checkpoint lol -- just don't try to jump out :)
